When enough members of your group swipe right on the same activity, Shishi creates a match. The threshold is set by your group's quorum — the minimum number of members who need to agree before a match is confirmed.
Make sure notifications are enabled for Shishi in your device's Settings app. On iOS: Settings → Shishi → Notifications. On Android: Settings → Apps → Shishi → Notifications. If the problem persists, try logging out and back in so your device token is refreshed.
Open your group, tap the members icon, and enter their email address. They'll receive an invitation and the invite will be automatically accepted when they log in or register with that address.
Paid bookings cancelled before the activity date are refunded in full to the original payment method. Cancellations are done from the booking detail screen in the app. For any issues with refunds, email [email protected].
You can delete your account from within the app (Profile → Settings → Delete Account) or by emailing [email protected]. All your data will be removed within 30 days.
Tap "Forgot password?" on the login screen to receive a reset link by email. If you don't see it, check your spam folder. If you're still stuck, email [email protected] from the address you signed up with.
